Oven 450 deg F

In a bowl toss together first 8 ingredients

Roll dough to 1/8 inch and line a 9 inch pie dish. Add filling. Add lattice on top. Brush lattice with egg wash.

Bake 10 mins. Reduce oven to 350 deg F. Protect edges. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
